Description
The Suntec AN 47 A 1326 6P single-stage gear pump is a basic model. It is ideal for completing low- and medium-power diesel burners up to 1000 kW. It provides for fuel pressure regulation on the injectors with a locking function - instantaneous cessation of supply regardless of the electric drive operating mode.
Functional capabilities
It is used for heating residential and commercial areas. Compatible with burners of many well-known manufacturers (Lamborghini, Baltur, Elco and others).
It ensures uninterrupted pumping of diesel fuel with a viscosity of 2 to 75 cSt at a pressure on the injector of 7-14 bar.
The operating temperature range is from 0 to +60 °C. The unit's capacity after factory settings is 39 l / h (pressure 11 bar, viscosity 5 cSt). It can be adjusted, since the initial setting is 9 bar. The adjustment is carried out in accordance with the required mode.
Performance characteristics
It is used in one- or two-pipe systems. Factory assembly is performed for a 2-pipe system. In a one-pipe system, the bypass plug installed in the pressure gauge hole is removed, and the "return" is closed with a steel plug.
Automatic air removal is possible in a 2-pipe system. When starting the device, bleeding is accelerated by loosening the pressure gauge port.
The connection to the engine is a sleeve, Ø32 mm. The shaft rotates clockwise, and the nozzle is located on the right.
A mesh filter with a throughput area of 6 cm² is installed for preliminary cleaning of the fuel. It is recommended to disassemble and flush it regularly.
