Description

The gear pump with a pressure regulating valve and shut-off function AN 47 A 7216 4P is presented by the leader in the development of boiler equipment - the French company Suntec. It is used to complete liquid fuel burners with supercharging with a capacity of up to 1000 kW and serves to supply diesel fuel to the nozzle line under a pressure of 7-14 bar. In the factory version, the device is suitable for installation in a two-pipe circuit. For installation in a single-pipe system, it is enough to block the return line with a steel plug with a washer and dismantle the bypass plug with a 4 mm Allen key.

Technical features

  • The burner pump is adjusted by the manufacturer to an average pressure of 9 atm, but this value can be either decreased or increased manually.

  • Fuel consumption is directly proportional to the rotation frequency of the electric drive, the maximum value of which should not exceed 3600 rpm.

  • The device is designed to pump working fluid with a fairly wide range of kinematic viscosity - from 2 to 75 mm²/s at a temperature of 0 to +60°C.

  • To ensure long-term and trouble-free operation of fuel injectors, it is recommended to install an additional fine filter on the pressure section with its periodic replacement as it becomes dirty.

Main advantages:

  • Standard G⅛" ports for installing a pressure gauge and vacuum gauge, corresponding to ISO 228/1;

  • Optimum performance at a fuel pressure of 11 bar - 39 l/h;

  • Presence of a mesh filter for preliminary cleaning with a cell size of 150 μm;

  • Compact dimensions and light weight - 1.0 kg.

The company "ANKAS", which is an official dealer of reliable European equipment and components for heating systems, offers to buy a pump for burners Lamborghini, Elco, Weishaupt, Baltur and other models at an affordable price.
