Description

The European manufacturer of functional equipment for heating systems — the Suntec concern — has developed a modern gear pump for burners AN 47 B K 7227 4P. The device is designed to pump not only diesel fuel, fuel oil, but also kerosene. It has a built-in shut-off valve that regulates the pressure of the working fluid in the range from 7 to 15 bar. It is installed in boiler equipment of the Weishaupt, Lamborghini, Elco, Baltur brands, used for heating residential and industrial premises.

Technical characteristics

  • Performance depends on the pressure of the working medium and its kinematic viscosity. At average rates, it can reach 39 l / h.

  • The liquid temperature should be in the range from 0 to + 60 ° C, which is not difficult to achieve when placing boilers inside industrial premises.

  • The nominal speed of the drive shaft is 2850 rpm, the electric motor should be selected based on these parameters.

  • The pump is set by the manufacturer to a pressure of 9 bar, which is easily adjusted manually with a screw: when turned counterclockwise, it decreases, when turned clockwise, it increases.

  • Excess air is removed automatically with a 2-pipe fuel line system, but with a single-pipe system, it is recommended to speed up the process by opening the pressure gauge port.

  • The unit is mounted to the electric drive using a sleeve method with a seat diameter of ∅54 mm.
