Description
AN 47 C 1342 6P is a basic model of a gear pump, which is designed for pumping fuel (diesel oil, fuel oil) in liquid heating boiler systems. The device is used together with a valve that provides pressure regulation within 7-14 bar and a shut-off function. With a kinematic viscosity of the medium of 5 cSt, the capacity is 39 l / h. You can buy a burner pump from the French company Suntec directly on the website of the industrial equipment supplier - the company "ANKAS".
Operating principle
The operation of the gear pump is based on the rotation of the gear pair, suction of the fuel liquid and subsequent filtration using a mesh insert with a cell size of 150 microns. Then the fuel enters the distribution valve. The purified mixture, which has reached a certain degree of compression, is fed to the nozzle. With a single-pipe system, the fuel that does not reach the injector line returns to the suction line, and with a two-pipe system, it is discharged into the fuel tank. The bypass plug is involved in setting up the system configuration: in designs with one pipe, it must be removed, in designs with two pipes, it must be installed.
The operating temperature of the fuel must be from 0 to 60ºС, and the liquid pressure inside the pump must be within 2 bar (maximum).
Features of the model
The torque required for the operation of the liquid fuel pump must be 0.1 N m. The drive must develop a rotation speed of 2850 rpm, maximum - 3600 rpm.
The shaft diameter is unified, it is 8 mm. The direction of rotation is counterclockwise.
The unit is equipped with two standard holes for connecting fuel lines - G¼ "and G⅛" (for inlet and outlet, respectively). The main fastening of the unit is a sleeve, in accordance with the EN 225 specification. The weight is about 1 kg.
AN 47 C 1342 6P is a reliable, high-performance unit manufactured in Europe on modern equipment in accordance with current industry standards.
The device is installed according to the attached documentation in compliance with the requirements for fuel systems.
