Description

The AN 47 D 7219 4P model from the French manufacturer Suntec is a counter-clockwise gear pump equipped with a pressure regulating valve with a shut-off function. The device is used in pressurized liquid fuel burners, where it is responsible for supplying diesel fuel to the injector line under pressure in the range of 7-14 bar. In the standard factory version, it is suitable for installation in a 2-pipe circuit. To install a pump for a diesel burner in a 1-pipe system, it is necessary to dismantle the bypass plug with a 4 mm Allen key and block the return line with a steel plug.

Main features

  • The device is adjusted to an average pressure of 9 atm, but this value can be increased or decreased manually.

  • The fuel supply is directly proportional to the speed of the electric motor, the maximum value of which is up to 3.6 thousand rpm. The diesel burner pump is designed to pump liquids with a wide range of viscosity and temperature: 2-75 mm2/s and 0-60°C, respectively.
