Description

The Suntec AN 47 D K 1359 4P burner pump features compact dimensions, universal application, high reliability and durability. Suitable for diesel and kerosene burners with low flow rates. The pumping speed depends on the discharge pressure and viscosity of the working medium. The pump is equipped with a pressure regulating valve with a shut-off function. The feed pressure is regulated in the range of 7-15 bar. In the basic version, it is ready for a 2-pipe connection, but can also be used for systems without a return line.

Features and important parameters:

  • working medium: diesel fuel and kerosene;

  • performance - 39 l / h at a pressure of 11 bar and a viscosity of 5 cSt;

  • wear-resistant gear mechanism;

  • built-in valve regulating pressure and shutting off the flow;

  • available range of discharge pressure settings: 7-15 bar;

  • factory-set fuel pressure - 9 bar;

  • fuel cleaning from mechanical particles larger than 150 microns by a mesh filter;

  • sleeve mounting method ∅ 32 mm;

  • connection to a pipe with a G¼" thread (suction and return drain line);

  • permissible pressure in the suction and return drain line - no more than 2 bar;

  • connection points for a pressure gauge and vacuum gauge, hole size ⅛ inch;

  • working environment temperature limitation: 0...+60°C;

  • possibility of installation in any position, except with the axis up;

  • installation in single-pipe and two-pipe systems;

  • automatic air removal when used in a system with a return line;

  • compatibility with burners of most manufacturers.

When using the Suntec AN 47 D K 1359 4P burner pump, it is necessary to regularly clean the filter from contaminants to avoid loss of performance and equipment breakdown.
