Description

The compact gear pump model AN 67 A 7238 4P with sleeve mount is designed by the French manufacturer Santek for use in liquid fuel forced-draft burners. The unit is equipped with a valve that maintains the shut-off function and regulates the supply of diesel fuel to the nozzle line under pressure in the range from 10 to 20 bar.

The factory version is designed for use in two-pipe circuits. To install the pump in a single-pipe system, you need to close the return line with a plug and washer and remove the bypass plug.

Technical features

  • The unit is suitable for supplying liquids with a temperature from 0 to 60 ° C and a kinematic viscosity within 2–75 mm²/s.

  • The manufacturer configures the device to supply fuel under a pressure of 1.4 MPa. Users can decrease or increase this value manually.

  • The fuel is pumped in direct proportion to the frequency at which the drive rotates. Its maximum value reaches 3600 rpm.

  • It is recommended to additionally install a fine filter on the pressure section, this will increase the reliability and durability of the nozzles of the forced-draft burners.

Main advantages

  • At a fuel pressure of 11 bar, the unit's capacity reaches 79 l / h.

  • The pump has standard threaded connections G ⅛ ", corresponding to ISO 228/1. They are used to connect a vacuum gauge and a pressure gauge.

  • A filter mesh for preliminary cleaning is provided, having cells with a size of 150 microns.

  • The compact dimensions of the unit and its small weight (1.2 kg) facilitate transportation and installation.
