Description

The single-stage pump model AN 67 C 7233 4P is used in pressurized liquid fuel burners, where it supplies diesel fuel under various (10-20 bar) pressure. This gear device with a shut-off and control valve was developed by the well-known manufacturer "Santek" (France). In the factory version, such a unit is installed in two-pipe systems. It is also possible to install it in 1-pipe circuits, but for this, the return line should be blocked with a steel plug, and the bypass plug should be removed using a 4 mm Allen key.

Technical features

  • From the factory, the model is set to a liquid pressure of 1.4 MPa. Users can manually change the specified value up or down.

  • The AN 67 C 7233 4P burner pump is suitable for pumping media of various viscosities (2-75 mm²/s) and temperatures (from 0 to +60°C).

  • There is a direct proportional relationship between the engine speed (its maximum value is 3600 rpm) and the unit's performance.

Important! To increase the durability and reliability of the injectors, it is recommended to additionally install a filter on the pressure section that provides fine cleaning.
