Description

The Suntec AN 67 CK 1338 6P burner pump is used to pump diesel fuel and kerosene. It belongs to the basic version with a pressure regulating valve and a shut-off function. The advantages are high performance in a compact design, equipped with a filter, the ability to use in systems with and without a return line, automatic air bleed in two-pipe systems, a locking function, standard outputs for measuring devices. The pump is suitable for most burners of well-known brands.

Features:

  • The key unit of the pump is a pair of reliable, wear-resistant gears;

  • External electromagnetic valve (purchased separately);

  • Pressure adjustment within 10 ... 20 bar using a screw, the default setting is 14 bar,

  • Preliminary cleaning of fuel from debris, rust and impurities with a built-in filter of 150 µm with a working area of 6 cm²;

  • Viton shaft seal for safe pumping of kerosene;

  • operating conditions and temperature of pumped fuel: 0…+60 °C;

  • sleeve connection method, diameter 32 mm, European standard EN 225;

  • factory version for two-pipe connection, can be used in one-pipe systems (it is necessary to remove the bypass plug and close the return line hole);

  • installation in any position, except for the position with the axis up, eliminate axial or radial load on the shaft;

  • connection to the inlet and return lines on a tapered thread ¼ inch NPTF;

  • standard ports for connecting a pressure gauge and a vacuum gauge ⅛ inch.

It is recommended to install a separate filter in the pressure line to extend the service life of the nozzle. The Suntec AN 67 CK 1338 6P pump is suitable for installation in burners Baltur, Lamborghini, Weishaupt, Oilon and other manufacturers.
