Description
The French company Suntec, which successfully develops heating equipment for the European market, presents a single-stage gear pump AN 77 A 7255 2P. The unit with a capacity of 108 l/h is used to complete liquid fuel burners for domestic and commercial use, used to heat small areas. The device is equipped with a control valve with a shut-off function, which is used to adjust the pressure of the working medium in the range from 10 to 20 atm.
Technical features
The mechanical part of the single-stage pump is represented by a gear pair, which, when rotating, draws fuel from the tank. Before feeding it to the nozzles, it is cleaned of foreign suspensions using a mesh filter with a cell size of 150 microns.
Attention! The filter needs to be periodically cleaned with a soft brush and washed with diesel fuel. When disassembling the filter, do not forget to change the cover gasket to a new one each time.
The unit can be used in both single-pipe and double-pipe circuits. The factory version with a bypass plug installed on the return line will allow the pump to be mounted in a 2-pipe circuit without interfering with the design. A pressure gauge and vacuum gauge are used to measure the pressure of the working fluid on the discharge and suction lines. The device body has ports for their connection with a standard G⅛" thread.
