Description

The AN 77 A 7346 2P gear pump from the European Suntec concern is a modern development with a capacity of 108 l/h, used as a component for heating equipment. Technical parameters

  • The main unit of the unit is a toothed pair of gears, which creates a vacuum in the suction pipeline and thus draws fuel from the tank. The control valve, which the gear pump is equipped with, is responsible for the pressure of the working medium on the nozzle line. The factory set pressure within 14 bar, but can be adjusted manually with a regulator screw in the range of 10-20 bar.

  • The device is ready for installation in a two-pipe circuit. It is not difficult to make some changes and prepare for connection to a one-pipe system. To do this, you will have to remove the bypass plug and close the return pipe with a steel plug and washer.

  • For preliminary cleaning of fuel, the pump design includes a coarse filter with a cell size of 150 μm. It is sufficient to prevent premature wear of gears and contamination of the valve. To extend the service life of the fuel burner nozzles, it is recommended to install an additional fine filter upstream of the unit.
