Burner Pump Suntec AN 77 C 7235 2P

The Suntec AN 77 C 7235 2P burner pump is used to pump diesel fuel when operating low-power heating systems. The nozzle pressure is set in the range of 10-20 bar. Version with a pressure regulating valve with a shut-off function. The main advantages are high performance with a compact design, a standard sleeve fit that expands the range of applications, an increased filter area, use in systems with and without a return line, standard ports for instrumentation.

Features:

• wear-resistant gear mechanism with a long service life;

• nozzle pressure range 10-20 bar, adjustment by adjusting screw, preset value - 14 bar,

• sifting out debris, rust, impurities with a built-in mesh filter of 150 µm with a large cleaning zone - 20 cm²;

• ambient temperature and pumped fuel: 0…+60 °C;

• spigot connection, ∅ 54 mm, European standard EN 225;

• external solenoid valve (if necessary);

• basic assembly for a two-pipe configuration, for a one-pipe connection it is necessary to replace the bypass plug, blocking the fuel drain hole;

• fixation in any orientation, except for the position with the axis up (avoid axial or radial load on the shaft);

• connection parameters with the inlet and return line - tapered thread ¼ inch NPTF;

• standard ports according to ISO 228/1 for measuring instruments (pressure gauge and vacuum gauge);

• automatic air bleed in two-pipe systems.

It is recommended to install an additional filter after the Suntec AN 77 C 7235 2P pump.
