Description

The Suntec AN 97 C K 1310 6P pump is a basic model equipped with a pressure regulating valve with a shut-off function. It is designed for pumping diesel fuel and kerosene. The pumping speed depends on the pressure setting and the viscosity of the fuel.

Features

  • The design is basic. The pump is equipped with a valve that regulates the fuel pressure and performs a shut-off function. Thanks to the Viton seals, the pump can pump kerosene.

  • Before getting to the gear pair, the fuel is cleaned of mechanical particles of 150 microns or more using a mesh filter with a working surface of 20 cm², which contributes to the stable operation of the gear mechanism and eliminates breakage.

  • The pump can be built into systems with one or two pipes. With a two-pipe connection, the bypass plug is installed in the return line, with a single-pipe connection, it is replaced with a steel plug with a washer.

  • At the factory, the pump is adjusted to a pressure of 14 bar. During operation, the fuel supply pressure can be adjusted in the range from 10 to 20 bar.

  • The pump is mounted using a flange connection ∅ 54 mm. The body has standard ports for connecting measuring instruments.

  • As a rule, the pump is used with an external electromagnetic valve (purchased upon a separate request).
