Description

The Suntec AN V 57 C K 7208 4P burner pump is designed to equip heating equipment. Diesel fuel and biodiesel are supplied to the nozzle under pressure up to 14 bar. The pump is part of the basic series with a pressure regulating valve and a shut-off function. The main advantages are: high performance with a compact design, installation in a two-pipe and one-pipe system, equipped with a fuel filter, standard ports for measuring devices, easy installation and connection.

Features

  • The basic assembly involves installing the pump in a two-pipe system. When used in installations without a return line, the bypass plug must be removed and the drain hole must be tightly closed.

  • A mesh filter with a working area of ​​6 cm² is located at the flow inlet to remove rust particles, debris and impurities from 150 µm.

  • The Suntec AN burner pump can be fixed in the system in any position, except for the axis up position (to eliminate axial or radial load on the shaft). A flange connection of ∅ 54 mm is provided. The inlet and return lines are connected to a ¼ inch NPTF tapered thread.

  • Excess air is discharged automatically with a two-pipe connection and through an open pressure gauge port when using a single-pipe system. To speed up the air discharge in circuits with a return line, it is necessary to loosen the pressure gauge port plug.

  • The body is equipped with standard ports according to ISO 228/1 for connecting measuring instruments.

Additionally, the manufacturer recommends placing a fine filter after the pump to extend the service life of the fuel injectors.
