Description

The Suntec AN V 77 A 7203 2P pump is a basic model with a pressure regulating valve and a shut-off function. It is used to pump diesel fuel, kerosene, and biodiesel. The pump is usually operated with an external electromagnetic valve (purchased separately). The pumping speed depends on the pressure setting and the viscosity of the pumped fuel.

Features

  • The pump design is basic. The pump includes a valve that regulates the fuel pressure and performs a shut-off function.

  • A mesh filter with a working surface of 20 cm² is installed at the fuel inlet, holding back all mechanical inclusions of 150 μm or more, which prevents damage and breakdown of the equipment.

  • The pump is suitable for equipping a one-pipe and 2-pipe system. With a two-pipe connection, the bypass plug is mounted in the return line, with a single-pipe connection, it is removed with a hex key, and the fuel return line is hermetically sealed with a steel plug and washer.

  • At the factory, the pump is adjusted to a pressure of 14 bar. You can change the setting yourself to suit individual needs, within the range of 10 to 20 bar.

  • Installation is carried out using a ∅ 54 mm sleeve connection. Standard ports are provided for connecting measuring devices.
