Design parameters

  • The principle of operation of the device is quite simple. It consists of rotating a pair of toothed gears clockwise and creating a vacuum in the suction pipeline. This forces the working fluid to move from the tank to the nozzle line under pressure controlled by the regulating valve - from 10 to 20 atm.

  • Before the fuel enters the diesel burner nozzles, it undergoes preliminary cleaning using a built-in filter. Its open area is 20 cm², and the cell size is 150 μm.
