Description

Gear pump with a capacity of 38 l/h AP 47 A 7555 4P 0500 from the French international manufacturer Suntec is a high-tech element of liquid fuel burners with supercharging. The AP series implies a two-stage operation scheme, represented by one nozzle line and two pressure modes on the feed. The dealer of industrial equipment, the ANKAS company, offers to buy a fuel pump for a burner at an affordable price. To order the product, just indicate your contact phone number.

Operating principle

A reliable mechanism consisting of a toothed pair of gears, when rotating clockwise, creates a vacuum and draws diesel fuel from the tank. It passes through a dismountable mesh filter with a working area of 14 cm2 and is cleaned of impurities that create a risk of damage to parts. Then the diesel fuel is pumped into the discharge cavity under the electromagnetic valve, and the device operates in one of the modes:

  • In the high-pressure mode (10-28 atm), the piston of the electromagnetic valve is pressed against the seat and disconnects the pump from the return line through the bypass channel. Fuel enters the injector through an opening of a certain cross-section set by the adjusting screw.

  • The low-pressure mode (3-15 atm) is characterized by an open return line channel under the valve. Fuel enters the feed through the bypass hole of the coupling. The pressure of the working fluid is also adjusted by the screw.

Excess fuel can be drained into the tank (with a two-pipe system configuration) or returned to the gear teeth (with a single-pipe system).

Main advantages:

  • two-stage fuel supply system;

  • two possible connection configurations;

  • the first stage capacity is 38 l/h, the second - 17 l/h;

  • flexible pressure adjustment in the range from 3 to 28 atm;

  • threads with a diameter of 1/8" and ¼" standardized according to ISO 228/1;

  • high protection class of the casing from dust and moisture penetration into the fuel pump - IP54;

  • repairable mechanism, replacement parts are available for sale.

Scope

The Suntec fuel pump with an electromagnetic valve without a locking function is in demand in Baltur, Elco, Lamborghini forced-draft burners with a rated power of up to 1000 kW. These products have earned the trust of the vast majority of buyers for many years.
