Suntec AP 57 C 7545 4P 0700 is a two-stage liquid fuel pump for a diesel burner, the working element of which is a mechanism - a pair of gears. The model is equipped with an electromagnetic valve, which enables one of two operating modes. The purpose of the device is to pump diesel fuel and supply it to the injectors under pressure.

Design Features

  • The compact device pumps liquid onto one injector line in two modes: low and high. Its outlet pressure is 9 and 22 bar, respectively. The desired settings are set using the adjusting screw on the electromagnetic valve.

  • The pump design is intended for connection to a single- or dual-pipe fuel system. In the first version, the bypass plug is removed from the channel, and the return line is blocked by a screw. This ensures that excess fuel is returned back to the gear teeth. When connecting the second pipe to the return line, the plug is put back in place and the diesel fuel is drained directly into the tank.

  • Important note: the mechanism shaft rotates counterclockwise, and the outlet to the nozzle is located on the left side. This fact is important during installation and should be taken into account before purchasing a burner fuel pump.
