Description
The Suntec AP2 45 C 9560 4P 0700 pump operates in a two-stage power control mode. There is no locking function. A built-in electromagnetic valve is provided to switch between the 1st and 2nd stages. The pump is used to equip diesel burners.
Features
The pump body is manufactured in accordance with the IP54 standard, protects electrical components from dust and moisture. The nozzle attachment pipe is located on the left.
The main working element of the pump is a gear mechanism. It is responsible for moving fuel from the tank to the nozzle.
The built-in mesh filter retains all mechanical impurities of 150 microns in size, protecting the working unit from clogging and breakage.
Pressure regulation is provided by two spool valves, one for each pressure mode.
The electromagnetic "normally open" bypass valve switches between low and high pressure modes.
The pump is assembled for installation in a 2-pipe system. To create a single-pipe design, the bypass plug should be removed with a 4 mm socket wrench and the return line should be plugged.
The pressure is regulated in the range: 8-15 bar and 12-25 bar (9 and 22 bar are preset values).
A 32 mm diameter sleeve connection is provided for fastening the pump, supported by most burner manufacturers.
