Description
The diesel pump for the Suntec AP2 45 C 9569 4P 0700 burner has two pressure modes. The shut-off function is not provided. An external electromagnetic valve is used to cut off the flow. Switching between stages is provided by a built-in electromagnetic bypass valve. Main advantages: high level of electrical protection of the housing, built-in filter, the possibility of using in systems with one or two pipes, standard outputs for measuring instruments, ease of setup, long service life.

flexible pressure regulation within 8-25 bar, factory parameters - 9 and 22 bar,

removable filter for cleaning the flow from dirt with a working area of 6 cm² and 150 µm cells;
"normally open" electromagnetic valve that switches modes;
operating temperature and pumped fuel temperature: 0…+60 °C;
sleeve connection according to European standard EN 225, ∅ 32 mm;
in the basic assembly for systems with a return line;
the possibility of installation in single-pipe designs by replacing the bypass plug with a blind one;
automatic air bleed in installations with 2 pipes through a cavity in the piston, with a single-pipe connection - by loosening the plug of the pressure gauge port;
any installation orientation, except for the position with the axis up, eliminate axial or radial load on the shaft;
dust and moisture protection level - IP 54 according to EN 60529 when using the SUNTEC connecting cable;
connection to the inlet and return lines on a ¼ inch thread;
standard ports for control and measuring instruments.
After the Suntec AP2 pump, it is advisable to install a separate filter for maximum protection of the injectors from clogging and damage.
