Design features

  • Most of the pump body is occupied by the mechanical part - two gears meshing with each other. One of them - the outer one - has teeth on the inner side, with which the teeth of the second gear interact.

  • The electric drive through the drive shaft transmits rotation to the mechanism clockwise, which creates a vacuum in the suction channel. The mesh filter installed in front of the system traps the smallest grains of sand, shavings and other small particles. It needs to be dismantled and washed periodically.

  • Diesel fuel is supplied to the injector under different pressures. This is achieved by having two separate valves. They are adjusted using a screw that increases the spring tension.
