Description
The French company Suntec, specializing in the production of modern fuel pumps for supercharged burners, presents a new model AP2 65 C 9511 4P 0700. It belongs to the AP2 line, characterized by the presence of two installed valves for low and high pressure. The electromagnetic valve of the "normally open" type is responsible for controlling the modes.
The company "ANKAS" presents reliable European equipment at a market price. To buy a fuel pump for a diesel burner of the required model, just indicate your phone number or email address.
Design description
The main element of the compact gear pump is a gear pair that sucks fuel from the tank by creating a vacuum in the intake pipe.
Both gears, which are in engagement with each other, rotate counterclockwise and pump the working fluid under the control valves. They are alternately responsible for the supply pressure at the first and second stages, respectively. The control is assigned to the EMC, which in the open position activates the low mode and vice versa.
The connection system can be made according to a single- or double-pipe scheme. In the first case, the fuel flows through the control valves and returns to the suction. In the second case, it drains into the tank, bypassing the bypass plug.
Main advantages:
precise adjustment using two slide valves;
possible configuration with one or two pipelines;
two-stage pump type;
wide range of pressure adjustment at the feed;
high productivity - up to 84 l / h;
high class of protection of the case from jets of water and dust - IP54;
automatic control of the electromagnetic valve.
In addition to multifunctionality, the device has a large margin of safety. A separate point is the unification, thanks to which many pumps from the Suntec concern are interchangeable.
A successful engineering project, high precision of parts processing and high-quality assembly into one mechanism - all this allowed us to obtain a durable and protected from external influences pump for burners of famous world brands: Lamborghini, Elco and Baltur.
