Description

The Suntec AS 47 A 7332 4P 0500 pump supplies diesel fuel to the injector under a pressure of 7-14 bar. It is equipped with an electromagnetic valve with a locking function for quick interruption and resumption of fuel supply at any engine speed.

Features

  • The diesel pump is manufactured according to the IP54 dust and moisture protection standard. The housing reliably protects electrical components from external influences. The nozzle connection pipe is on the right.

  • The pump is prepared for a 2-pipe connection. To create a single-pipe design, the bypass plug must be dismantled and a steel plug with a washer must be installed instead.

  • Depending on the selected fuel line scheme, excess fuel is sent to the tank or passes back to the gears.

  • The gear mechanism has a wear-resistant design. Additional protection for the gears is provided by a mesh filter with a working area of ​​6 cm². All abrasive inclusions of 150 microns in size are retained by the mesh, which protects the gear pair from breakage. To maintain the pump's performance, it is necessary to periodically disassemble the filter for cleaning.

  • The electromagnetic "normally open" valve provides instantaneous response. In its inactive state, the bypass channel is open, the fuel is drained into the tank or passes to the suction line, depending on the fuel line diagram. The active position of the valve closes the drain channel, and the fuel is supplied to the injector.

  • The pressure can be adjusted in the range: 7-14 atm. Factory setting - 9 bar. Performance depends on the pressure parameters and viscosity of the fuel.
