Description

The Suntec AS 47 A K 7465 2M 0700 fuel pump is designed by a European manufacturer of heating equipment and is intended for pumping kerosene and diesel fuel under high pressure - from 7 to 14 bar. The device is single-stage with a built-in shut-off electromagnetic valve. The mount is represented by a mating flange with two lugs for bolts and a sleeve diameter of 54 mm.

Design Features

  • The gears of the device mechanism rotate clockwise and attract fuel from the tank. After being cleaned using a filter mesh with a microscopic cell, it is directed under pressure to the injector. To do this, the fuel overcomes the force of the spring-loaded piston of the regulating valve. The required value can be adjusted by tightening the screw on the body while the unit is running.

  • The feed process is quickly interrupted and resumed by an electromagnetic valve. In the inactive state, the discharge line is open, and all fuel returns to the tank or to the feed line (depending on the system configuration). When the solenoid is activated, the pressure increases, the control valve is unlocked and liquid is supplied to the nozzles.

  • The AS series burner pumps can operate in single- and dual-pipe fuel systems. To connect to a dual-pipe circuit, use an Allen key to install the bypass plug and open the return line.

Main advantages:

  • High energy efficiency of the model;

  • Pumps fuel with a viscosity of 1 to 12 cSt — kerosene and diesel fuel;

  • Reliable flange connection to the burner;

  • The pressure setting range is from 7 to 14 atm;

  • It has small dimensions and weight;

  • the nozzle outlet is located on the right side;

  • the solenoid valve is controlled by the burner controller.

Suntec AS 47 A K 7465 2M 0700 is a functional representative of single-stage fuel pumps for burners with a special arrangement of parts and their adjustment by size. For working with low-viscosity kerosene, the design of the device uses solutions to reduce tolerances, the working chamber of the mechanism is sealed. The model is also equipped with improved seals and gaskets
