Description

The AS 57 A 7591 4P 0700 model from the French fuel equipment developer Suntec features increased productivity and low energy consumption. The device is equipped with a bypass channel electromagnetic valve and an adjusting spool valve that sets the supply pressure parameter. When purchasing a fuel pump of the presented model, you should take into account the right-hand location of the outlet to the nozzle on the unit body, as well as the fact that the shaft rotates clockwise.

The ANKAS company is an official dealer of industrial equipment and offers only proven equipment from European manufacturers at affordable prices.

Design features

  • The AS 57 A 7591 4P 0700 liquid fuel pump pumps diesel fuel using a special mechanism. It consists of a pair of links: a gear and a toothed wheel, meshed with each other. Their mutual rotation leads to the movement of liquid from the tank into the working cavity, and then to the nozzle.

  • A mesh filter with an open area of 6 cm², installed in the suction line at the inlet, is responsible for protecting the parts from clogging and damage. A dense mesh with a cell size of 150 µm holds rust, sand and other small debris.

  • The working medium pressure is adjusted by tightening the screw on the valve. Its spring-loaded piston releases excess unclaimed fuel into the bypass line. The electromagnetic valve switches the pump to idle mode, communicating the feed channel and return line with each other.

Advantages of the model:

  • increased productivity in comparison with junior pumps of the series - 56 l / h;

  • the presence of an idle mode without stopping the drive;

  • the pitch of the cylindrical thread and the diameter of the G¼ "and G⅛" outlets are standardized according to ISO 228/1;

  • can operate in 1-pipe and 2-pipe fuel line configurations;

  • a wide range of outlet pressure - from 7 to 14 bar.

The Suntec AS 57 A 7591 4P 0700 gear fuel pump is the "golden mean" in the ratio of performance/power consumption. This option is optimal for completing burners with a capacity of up to 1000 kW. Unification of the sleeve connection with a landing diameter of 32 mm allows it to be installed in most models from manufacturers Baltur, Elco, Lamborghini, Weishaupt and others.
