Description

The Suntec AS 57 B K 7471 4M 0700 burner pump pumps diesel fuel and kerosene. It is equipped with a shut-off electromagnetic valve for instantaneous shut-off/restoration of fuel supply in any operating mode. Compact dimensions simplify installation in the system.

Features:

  • The main pump unit is a pair of wear-resistant gears;

  • A version with an electromagnetic shut-off valve;

  • Pressure adjustment within 7…14 bar using a screw, the default setting is 9 bar,

  • Built-in mesh filter to protect the working mechanism and the electromagnetic valve from damage, filtering capacity 150 µm;

  • Viton shaft seal for safe pumping of kerosene;

  • Electrical protection class – IP 54 according to EN 60529;

  • Operating conditions and temperature of the pumped fuel: 0…+60 °C;

  • Sleeve connection method, diameter 54 mm;

  • without bypass plug, return line is closed for 1-pipe system;

  • installation position – arbitrary, exclude the position with the axis up, axial or radial load;

  • connection to the inlet and return line on the thread;

  • ports for connecting measuring instruments.

After the Suntec AS 57 B K 7471 4M 0700 pump, it is recommended to install an additional filter to enhance the protection of the nozzle from clogging and damage, increasing the service life.
