Description

The Suntec AS 67 A 7463 4P 0700 pump is designed to supply diesel fuel to the burner. The built-in electromagnetic valve with a locking function ensures quick interruption and start of fuel supply, regardless of the engine speed. The pump is assembled from high-quality components and is reliable in operation.

Features

  • The design of the diesel pump meets the IP54 electrical protection standard. The housing does not allow dust and moisture to pass through. The connection to the nozzle is on the right.

  • The gear pair is protected from premature wear by a built-in filter. Before getting to the gears, the fuel is cleaned of sand, rust and other abrasive particles of 150 microns in size. To maintain the declared performance, it is recommended to periodically disassemble the filter for cleaning.

  • The electromagnetic "normally open" valve quickly interrupts / resumes the fuel supply. When it is inactive, the bypass channel is open, the fuel is drained into the tank or sent to the gears (two- or one-pipe connection scheme). The active position of the EM valve leads to the overlap of the drain channel, and the fuel is supplied to the injector.

  • The fuel pressure to the injector can be adjusted within 10-15 atm. The pump is factory set to 10 bar. The flow rate depends on the pressure settings and the viscosity of the fuel.

  • The pump is ready for a 2-pipe connection. For one-pipe systems, the bypass plug must be dismantled and a steel plug with a washer must be installed in its place. Depending on the selected wiring scheme, unused fuel is drained into the tank or goes to the suction line.

  • A flange connection with a diameter of 54 mm is used to mount the pump. The body has standard holes for connecting the instrumentation.
