  1. Oil Burner Pumps

Description

The Suntec AS 67 A 7466 4P 0700 gear-type liquid fuel pump is the most efficient in the line of devices with a built-in slide valve and a bypass electromagnetic valve. This model is installed on low-power burners up to 1000 kW using a flange connection with a 54 mm mounting diameter. The design of the unit allows it to be additionally equipped with a vacuum gauge and a pressure gauge for measuring the pressure on the suction and discharge fuel line.

Before buying a Suntec pump for diesel burners, read the technical characteristics of the offered models. Experienced managers of the ANKAS company will help you choose the most suitable option.

Design features

  • A gear mechanism is responsible for pumping diesel fuel from the tank to the injectors. Its main elements - a pinion and a toothed wheel - are driven clockwise by an external burner drive - an electric motor.

  • The fuel attracted by the teeth is pushed out to the feed line. The value of the working fluid pressure depends on the tightening of the valve spring with the adjusting screw. The adjustment threshold is from 10 to 15 bar.

  • To enable the idle mode, a solenoid valve is built into the design, connecting the bypass channel and the nozzle line. The valve is activated by the heating burner controller.

Advantages of the model:

  • high performance of the device with an average kinematic viscosity of the fuel - 80 l / h;

  • large-diameter flange connection with reinforced fastening;

  • a serviceable mesh filter on the suction line provides additional protection against damage;

  • the presence of outputs for the installation of instrumentation devices - a pressure gauge and a vacuum gauge - with a diameter of G⅛";

  • support for two-pipe and one-pipe fuel line connection schemes;

  • wide range of pressure settings on the burner nozzles.

The fuel pump AS 67 A 7466 4P 0700 from the French company Suntec belongs to the top power range. High dynamic loads on the moving parts of the mechanism and valves set high requirements for the quality of the units and parts. All fuel equipment is manufactured on high-precision machines under the supervision of experienced specialists from the European company. Mandatory subsequent testing eliminates the possibility of defective devices reaching the buyer.
