Design features

  • The main working part of the device is a gear mechanism driven by an external burner electric motor. The gear, rigidly fixed on the shaft, transmits torque to the internal gear wheel.

  • The high rotation speed of the mechanism creates a negative pressure area in the suction pipe, which leads to the movement of the working fluid from the tank to the gear pair, and then further to the injectors.

  • The control valve in the upper part of the housing limits the pressure on the injector by redirecting the fuel to the return line. The EM valve allows you to switch the unit to idle mode, as well as instantly relieve the discharge pressure regardless of the rotation speed of the electric drive. It is controlled by the controller from the diesel burner unit.
