Description

The AS 67 B 7449 4P 0700 gear fuel pump for burners, developed by the French company Suntec, is a high-performance representative of the AS series. The model is additionally equipped with a bypass channel locking electromagnetic valve and an adjusting slide valve. The unit is connected to the burner using a reinforced mating flange with a landing diameter of 54 mm. The outlet to the nozzle is located on the left side of the body - this should also be taken into account before you decide to buy a Suntec pump. Design Features

  • The single-stage AS 67 B 7449 4P 0700 unit operates due to the rotation of a pair of gears and a toothed wheel. The torque is taken from the pump shaft, connected to an external drive - an electric motor.

  • The sucked fuel passes through a cylindrical fine mesh filter that traps rust and small debris. Then it is pushed out by the teeth into the high-pressure zone and enters the pressure line of the injectors.

  • The spool (adjusting) valve serves to maintain the set pressure of the working medium. The adjustment is carried out by tightening the screw on the device body. The electromagnetic valve with a locking function allows you to stop the supply without stopping the electric drive. It also accelerates the closing of the spool, instantly draining the fuel from the pump chamber into the return line.
