Description

The line of liquid fuel single-stage pumps for heating burners AS from the European concern Suntec includes a high-performance gear-type model AS 67 C 7456 4P 0700. The device is designed to pump diesel fuel of varying viscosity with a volume of up to 80 liters per hour of operation. The design includes a slide valve and electromagnetic valves to control the operating modes of the unit.

On the website of the official supplier of European equipment - the company "ANKAS" - you can buy a Suntec pump of the required modification at a reasonable price.

Design features

  • Fuel is pumped to the injectors due to the rotation of the gear pair of the gear mechanism. The gear pressed onto the shaft transmits torque to the gear wheel with an internal crown arrangement.

  • Due to the negative pressure created in the suction line, the fuel flows into the working cavity of the mechanism, having previously been cleaned through the mesh of the cylindrical filter. The teeth of the pair push the liquid under high pressure to the nozzle.

  • The slide valve maintains the pressure level set by tightening the spring screw. The EM valve of the "normally open" type is used to unlock the bypass channel, switching the device to idle mode.

Advantages of the model:

  • high performance (up to 80 l / h) with small dimensions;

  • the maximum injection level reaches 15 bar;

  • the design includes a serviceable filter with a mesh that catches the smallest debris and rust;

  • reliable flange connection with a landing diameter of 54 mm;

  • can operate both in a two-pipe and in a single-pipe system;

  • there is an idle mode - shutting off the supply when the electric drive is running;

  • ISO 228/1 standard ports for pressure gauge and vacuum gauge are provided.

The Suntec AS 67 C 7456 4P 0700 model can be installed on diesel heating burners with a rated power of up to 1000 kW. A large productivity reserve expands the capabilities and scope of application of the presented unit. All parts and units of the device are manufactured and assembled at the company's plant by specialists experienced in the field of hydrodynamics and mechanical engineering. Tested and run-in pumps for Suntec burners significantly surpass similar products of competitors in durability and reliability.
