Description

The AS V 67 A 7402 4P 0700 gear pump is used to supply diesel fuel and biodiesel to burners with a capacity of 10-1000 kW. Due to the standard installation method, it is suitable for completing heating equipment from most manufacturers, including Lamborghini, Baltur, Weishaupt, Elco. The model is part of the AS series with a built-in electromagnetic valve that regulates pressure and performs a shut-off function.

Features

The pump has a right-hand outlet to the nozzle line. The shaft rotates clockwise. It is characterized by high productivity - 80 l / h at a feed pressure of 11 bar and a viscosity of 5 cSt.

The design uses special shaft seals made of Viton. Thanks to this design, the pump is universal - it pumps not only diesel fuel, but also biodiesel.

From the factory, the unit is supplied with a pressure setting of 10 atmospheres. The pressure can be changed within 10-15 bar by turning the adjusting screw to the right/left. It is necessary to use a pressure gauge to prevent damage to the device.

The "normally open" solenoid valve closes the return line when in operation. When inactive, the bypass channel is open. The fuel that does not pass through the nozzle returns to the tank in a two-pipe system, and is sent to the suction line in a one-pipe system. In this case, for installations with one pipe, you should first remove the bypass plug and replace it with a steel one.
