Description

The gear pump from the French concern Suntec AT2 65 A 9577 4P 0700 for pumping diesel fuel is a representative of the AT2 series with two modes of delivery to the injector. Design features

The pump is connected to the drive shaft of the electric drive, which transmits rotation to the gear mechanism, by a sleeve method with a landing diameter of 32 mm. The gear pair, creating negative pressure in the fuel line, sucks the working fluid out of the tank. Then it is directed to the injector and to the first stage spool (low pressure mode).

To turn on the second stage (high pressure mode), the bypass EM valve closes the channel and directs the flow to the high pressure spool. The shut-off valve is designed to operate regardless of the drive shaft speed.

An additional pipeline can be connected to the pump to drain diesel fuel that has not passed to the injector line into the tank.
