Description

The gear pump from the French concern Suntec AT2 65 A 9577 4P 0700 for pumping diesel fuel is a representative of the AT2 series with two modes of delivery to the injector. It belongs to the devices of medium productivity - up to 87 l / h at the second stage. The compact unit is equipped with a shut-off electromagnetic valve that disconnects the discharge cavity from the injector, which is connected to the right side of the housing. Design features

The pump is connected to the drive shaft of the electric drive, which transmits rotation to the gear mechanism, by a sleeve method with a landing diameter of 32 mm. The gear pair, creating negative pressure in the fuel line, sucks the working fluid out of the tank. Then it is directed to the injector and to the first stage spool (low pressure mode).

To turn on the second stage (high pressure mode), the bypass EM valve closes the channel and directs the flow to the high pressure spool. The shut-off valve is designed to operate regardless of the drive shaft speed.

An additional pipeline can be connected to the pump to drain diesel fuel that has not passed to the injector line into the tank.
