Description

The Suntec AT2 65 B 9587 4P 0700 pump pumps fuel to the injector at a rate of 87 l/h with a viscosity of 5 cSt and a pressure of 11 bar. It operates in two pressure modes, switching between which is carried out by an electromagnetic bypass valve. The second EM valve performs the function of cutting off the flow. The pump is used to equip diesel burners.

Features

  • The pump is equipped with a dust- and moisture-proof housing that meets the IP54 standard. The location of the outlet to the fuel supply line is on the left side.

  • The gears are responsible for moving diesel fuel from the tank to the injector line. The fuel first passes through a built-in mesh filter and regulating (spool) valves.

  • The mesh removes abrasive inclusions from the fuel, the size of which is more than 150 microns, which contributes to the long service life of the equipment, prevents early wear and tear and breakage.

  • The pressure is regulated in a wide range, 8-25 bar, for each mode separately. At the factory, the pump is set to 9 and 22 bar (low and high pressure mode). The settings can be changed without turning off the engine.

  • Switching between the first and second stages is carried out by a bypass electromagnetic valve. The shut-off EM valve is characterized by fast response, is located in the injector line.

  • In the basic version, the pump is ready for installation in a system with a return line. If you use the pump for a single-pipe design, then instead of a bypass plug, you should install a blind one, blocking the fuel drain. Depending on the connection diagram, unclaimed fuel returns to the tank or to the gears.
