Description

The Suntec AT2 65 C 9556 4P 0700 diesel pump operates in two pressure modes. It is equipped with a shut-off solenoid valve with a locking function and a bypass solenoid valve for switching between stages. Pressure regulation is provided by two spool valves. Due to the standard fit (EN 225), the pump can be used for burners of most manufacturers.

Features

  • The pump is made taking into account the IP54 electrical protection standard, which eliminates the penetration of dust and moisture into the device (when using the Suntec connecting cable). The outlet to the nozzle is located on the left.

  • The gear mechanism sucks diesel fuel from the tank through a mesh filter and pumps it to the nozzle line through a shut-off "normally closed" solenoid valve, characterized by rapid response.

  • Pressure regulation is provided by two spool valves (one for low pressure mode, the other for high pressure mode). The pump is factory set to 9 and 22 bar. The fuel supply pressure can be changed in the range: 8-15 bar and 12-25 bar.

  • The filter retains coarse impurities of 150 microns in size, protecting the working element from jamming and breakage.

  • The electromagnetic "normally open" bypass valve switches between low and high pressure modes.

  • In the basic version, the pump is ready for a 2-pipe connection. If there is no return line, the bypass plug must be removed and a steel plug with a washer must be installed instead.

  • Unused fuel is drained into the tank or goes to the suction line, depending on the pipeline layout.

  • The pump body has standard holes for taking readings using control and measuring devices. Installation is carried out using a ∅ 32 mm sleeve connection, used in most burner modifications.
