Description

The Suntec AT2 65 D K 9582 4P 0700 burner pump is used in two-stage liquid fuel burners to supply fuel under a given pressure. Thanks to a special shaft seal, it can safely pump not only diesel fuel, but also kerosene. For operation in two modes, two control valves and two electromagnetic valves are provided, one of which is located in the nozzle line and has a locking function, the second is used to switch between modes (low / high pressure).

  • shaft seal material – Viton for safe operation with kerosene;

  • pressure: 8-25 bar (8-15 and 12-25 bar), preset to 9 and 22 bar;

  • permissible fuel temperatures: 0...+60 °C;

  • sleeve fit ∅ 32 mm;

  • built-in filter at the fuel inlet to the pump, hole size 150 μm;

  • dust and moisture protection level IP 54 according to EN60529 when using SUNTEC cable;

  • threaded holes and ports for connection to pipes, connection of devices;

  • automatic air bleed in dual-pipe systems;

  • inlet/outlet pressure – up to 2 bar.

The Suntec AT2 burner pump can be built into single-pipe and dual-pipe configuration systems. A bypass plug is installed in the return line opening for a 2-pipe connection or a steel plug with a washer for a one-pipe wiring scheme.
