Design Features
The main work of the diesel burner pump is assigned to a mechanism consisting of a central gear pressed onto the shaft and an external driven gear wheel, whose teeth are located on the inside. When transmitting torque from one shaft (drive) to another (mechanism), the gear and wheel begin to move together clockwise.
A drop in pressure in the suction pipe below zero forces the fuel to move from the tank to the teeth, and then to the valves. Before this, it undergoes a rough cleaning stage through a mesh filter with a 150-micron cell. Adjustable slide valves are responsible for the supply pressure level, and an electromagnetic bypass valve is responsible for switching modes.
