Description

The AT2 95 C 9585 4P 0700 burner fuel pump from the French company Suntec is the leader in terms of the volume of liquid pumped per hour. Its supply to the nozzle is possible at the first or second stage, which differ in the level of discharge pressure. The device has mechanical and electromagnetic valves, thanks to which the operator controls and adjusts the characteristics.

Before buying a Suntec fuel pump, check that its technical parameters comply with the specification requirements attached to the diesel burner.

Design features

The AT2 95 C 9585 4P 0700 model is based on a gear mechanism. It is the main unit that bears the load when pumping the working fluid. The pair of gears engaged with each other rotates counterclockwise in this model. It creates a vacuum in the suction pipe and pumps diesel fuel from the tank, passing through a detachable mesh filter with a 150 micron cell.

The operating pressure of the modes is adjusted within the range from 8 to 15 atm for the first stage and 12-25 atm for the second. An adjusting screw on each spool valve serves these purposes.

The electromagnetic valves require power supply from the diesel burner control unit and are controlled from its panel.

Main advantages:

  • A fairly high productivity - 127 l / h, given the compact size and light weight;

  • it is possible to connect to a two-pipe system with a return line for draining fuel into the tank;

  • two separate operating modes, which are switched on without stopping the pump;

  • the design provides for a shut-off electromagnetic valve - there is no need to install an external check valve;

  • The 32 mm diameter sleeve connection complies with the European standard EN 225 and is common in burners.

Suntec fuel equipment is common all over the world and is the most preferred for equipping burners with a capacity of up to 1000 kW. AT series liquid fuel pumps have such advantages as automatic pumping, two positions, versatility and compatibility with a wide variety of diesel burner models.
