Design features

The operation of the liquid fuel pump of this model is based on the clockwise rotation of the gear mechanism. The creation of negative pressure in the suction fuel line helps to pump the working fluid from the tank. The fuel passes through a mesh cylindrical filter with an open area of ​​6 cm², where it is cleaned of mechanical particles, and only then is it pumped through the channels to the spool valves by a toothed pair.

The spool valves act as a pressure limiter. Excess diesel fuel returns through the electromagnetic bypass valve to the drain. Its activation leads to the activation of the high-pressure spool valve, where the return flow occurs in the same way.

The shut-off valve disconnects the pump from the feed line by a signal from the burner control panel, regardless of the rotation speed of the drive shaft.
