Description

High-quality branded burners Lamborghini, Weishaupt, Elco and Baltur, running on diesel fuel, require equipment of the appropriate level. This is the liquid fuel gear pump from the French company Suntec AT3 55 D 9564 4P 0700 with two pumping modes, differing in pressure on the nozzle.

Model differences:

  • rotation of the shaft and gears counterclockwise;

  • the thread for the nozzle tube is on the right side of the body.

Before buying a pump for a diesel burner, it is worth checking its technical parameters for compliance with the specification.

Design features

The main work of the device is assigned to a fairly simple mechanism consisting of a pair of gears. The first is pressed onto the shaft and causes the rotation of the second - the external gear. The fuel sucked in this way is pumped to the slide and electromagnetic valves, having been previously cleaned of debris and sand by a serviceable filter mesh with a cell size of 150 microns.

The bypass electromagnetic valve performs the function of the mode switch. When switched off, it activates the first stage and vice versa. A second (cut-off) solenoid is also installed nearby, designed to stop the supply of diesel fuel to the injector line regardless of the engine speed.

Main advantages:

  • there are two independent diesel fuel supply modes, each of which is configured separately;

  • can operate with or without an additional return line pipe;

  • high productivity - more than 60 l/h;

  • low energy consumption and unpretentious technical requirements for the engine;

  • universal connection with a bushing diameter of 32 mm;

  • control is carried out from the burner control panel.

Fuel equipment of the French brand Suntec is famous for its reliability and durability even with constant use at maximum loads. High indicators are achieved by the painstaking work of the plant workers and the ideas of engineers from the Santek concern. Professional equipment that meets the European standard ensures minimal error in the processing of parts and assembly of units.
