Description

The Suntec AT3 65 D 9568 4P 0700 pump is used in diesel burners. It pumps fuel in 2 pressure modes, switching between which is provided by a bypass electromagnetic valve. The second EM valve performs the function of shutting off the flow and is characterized by rapid response. A special feature of this model is a special output for measuring pressure in high-pressure mode and dumping in low-pressure mode.

Design and features

  • The pump is equipped with a reliable housing with high-quality insulation from dust and moisture (electrical protection class IP54). The outlet pipe to the nozzle is located on the right.

  • A gear pair moves fuel from the tank to the nozzle line through a shut-off electromagnetic valve. The placement of the EM valve in the nozzle line ensures instantaneous response. To regulate the pressure, the pump is equipped with two slide valves (one for the 1st stage, the second for the 2nd stage).

  • The fuel first passes through a mesh filter located at the fuel inlet. The mesh retains all abrasive particles larger than 150 microns, which contributes to a long service life of the pump and minimizes wear.

  • The pressure is regulated in a wide range, 8-25 bar, for each mode separately. Factory setting: 9 and 22 bar.

  • Switching between low and high pressure modes is carried out by a "normally open" bypass solenoid valve.

  • The pump is supplied from the factory ready for installation in a system with a return line. To create a single-pipe design, the bypass plug should be removed and a steel plug with a washer should be installed instead.

  • Installation is carried out using a sleeve connection, which complies with the European standard EN 225. This mounting option is used in burners from most manufacturers, which makes the pump universal.
