Description

The Suntec CJ M 6 AB 1000 4P burner pump is used to equip diesel burners. Provides fuel injection to the injector line under pressure up to 15 bar. It features reliable performance, stable pressure parameters, low noise level, ease of installation, adjustment and maintenance.

The pump is used:

  • in single-pipe and double-pipe configuration systems;

  • for pumping fuel with a viscosity of 2-75 cSt;

  • in installations with an external locking device.

Operating principle

The engine shaft transmits torque to the gear pair, which is responsible for sucking fuel from the tank and feeding it to the pressure regulating valve, and then to the injector line. At the pump inlet, the fuel passes through the filter, leaving all contaminants of 120x150 microns in size on the mesh. Unused fuel is returned through the return pipe to the tank or to the gears.

  • can be placed in any position (without axle load);

  • pressure in the fuel suction/return pipe - up to 2 bar;

  • Automatic removal of excess air in two-pipe systems.

The Suntec CJ M 6 AB 1000 4P burner pump is factory assembled and ready for a two-pipe connection. When used in a one-pipe system, unscrew the bypass plug and install a blank one.
