Description

Gear pump for heating burners D 45 B 7388 3P with a capacity of up to 49 l/h is used to pump fuel oil and diesel fuel of medium viscosity. The model does not have a locking function. To implement it, an external electromagnetic valve must be installed. The unit is designed for use in two-pipe and one-pipe systems.

Design features

The unit installation method is sleeve, mounting diameter 32 mm according to the European standard EN 225. Shaft diameter 8 mm - corresponds to the EN 225 standard, rotates clockwise. The outlet to the nozzle line is located on the left. Fuel enters the pump through a serviceable pre-filter. Cell size is 530 microns. Weight does not exceed 2 kg.

When connecting to a single-pipe system, the bypass plug is removed with a hex key (size 4 mm). The return line outlet is closed with a threaded plug.

Air is removed:

  • Through the injector line during start-up in a single-pipe configuration. The control valve does not open.

  • Automatically - in a two-pipe fuel line system.

To prevent the pressure from increasing when the pump stops (due to the expansion of overheated fuel), a special cavity is provided in the piston design.

The main advantages of the model:

  • The factory fuel pressure settings are 14 bar. This is an average value, it can be adjusted within 10-28 bar.

  • The working viscosity of the fuel is from 2 to 75 mm²/s. The unit also works with a more viscous liquid, but this will require preheating (this is how the kinematic viscosity is reduced).

  • The connecting threads of the fuel lines and instrumentation ports are made in accordance with ISO 228/1.

  • The pump capacity at factory settings of liquid pressure and fuel viscosity of 20 mm²/s is 44 l/h.

  • Adapted for pumping fuel with a temperature of up to +90°C.
