Description

Suntec D 45 C 7281 3P is a liquid fuel gear pump made in France. It is used to complete medium-power forced-draft heating burners. The unit pumps fuel with a kinematic viscosity of 2 to 75 cSt, and is suitable for working with fuel oil. The model does not have a shut-off function; this task is solved by a separately installed electromagnetic valve.

Design features

The nozzle outlet is located on the left, the shaft rotates counterclockwise.

A detachable filter for cleaning fuel with an open area of ​​12 mm² is provided.

The weight of the device is no more than 2 kg, which facilitates its installation and maintenance.

The model is equipped with a piston with a special cavity, which provides a decrease in pressure in the nozzle and suction lines during a break in the pump operation.

The design of the unit is suitable for use in a single-pipe system along with a two-pipe system. In the first case, you need to remove the bypass plug from the return line. A 4 mm Allen key will come in handy. The return line is blocked with a threaded plug. When operating in a two-pipe system, a bypass plug is installed on the return line.

Air venting is provided:

through the nozzle line at the time of start-up in a single-pipe system;

automatically - with a two-pipe configuration of fuel lines.
