Description

Suntec D 45 C 7374 3P is a gear pump used to pump medium-viscosity liquid fuel and fuel oil. The model belongs to the "D" series - the fuel pressure is regulated without a locking function, since there is a bypass hole in the nozzle line coupling. The equipment is designed for installation in liquid fuel heating burners, operates in two-pipe and one-pipe systems.

Design features

The drive shaft with a diameter of 8 mm rotates counterclockwise, and the outlet to the nozzle line is located on the left. This must be taken into account when selecting a pump for a heating burner.

The installation method is sleeve-type, with a connection diameter of 32 mm, and complies with the European standard EN 225.

The pump design includes a fuel pre-filter with an open area of ​​12 cm² and a cell size of 530 µm.

For operation in a two-pipe system, the return line outlet is closed using a bypass plug, and in a single-pipe system, it is removed with a hex key (4 mm), and the return line is closed with a threaded plug and washer.

Air in a two-pipe system is removed automatically. In a single-pipe system, it exits through the pressure line when the pump is started.
