Description
The Suntec D 67 A 7289 4P liquid fuel pump is designed to pump viscous diesel fuel and fuel oil under high pressure up to 2.8 MPa. The device is mounted on heating burners with a capacity of about 400-3000 kW using a standardized flange with a diameter of 54 mm. The pump belongs to the "D" line of devices with an installed slide valve for controlling the supply pressure.
The official supplier of the French concern Suntec, the ANKAS company, offers to buy a diesel burner pump and other equipment for heating systems. On our website you will find only high-quality equipment from European manufacturers.
Design features
The main feature of the pump is its gear mechanism with internal spur gearing. It consists of two parts in mutual engagement: a gear and a wheel. The outer wheel is driven into rotation by an internal gear fixed on the shaft with a key.
The rotation of the gear pair forces the fuel to move from the tank to the working chamber. There it is pushed under the spool piston and onto the nozzle. The spool valve acts as a pressure limiter on the feed. An adjusting screw is used to adjust it, the cap of which extends beyond the body. Its piston has a modified design with a cavity to reduce the pressure of the heated fuel.
The main advantages of the model:
optimal performance on fuel oil - more than 96 l / h;
built-in valve for adjusting the fuel pressure;
high-temperature-resistant rubber seals;
the device can be supplemented with a pressure gauge, vacuum gauge, external shut-off valve;
can work together with a fuel heater;
a mesh serviceable filter is on the path of the sucked fuel.
Advanced metal processing technology allows Suntec to produce durable and reliable pumps for most brands of liquid fuel burners operating on fuel oil and diesel fuel.
For models operating with heated viscous fuel, polymer seals with a special composition have been created. Such material does not delaminate or dissolve under the influence of an aggressive environment with a temperature of up to +90°C
