Design features

The technical "stuffing" of the D 67 C 7284 3P is a gear mechanism, which includes a gear pair of a central gear and an outer wheel. Rotating counterclockwise, the teeth of the pair act as blades, attracting fuel from the suction chamber and pushing it out to the feed under high pressure.

Before suction, the fuel is cleaned of sand, chips and other mechanical inclusions thanks to a removable mesh filter. Its mesh with a cell size of 530 µm effectively retains dangerous debris and does not interfere with the passage of liquid.

The spool valve is a reducer that maintains a given pressure level on the nozzle line. It is adjusted with a special adjusting screw.
