Description
The Suntec E 4 NA 1070 7P fuel pump is designed to equip medium-power burners used in heating systems for large residential, industrial and commercial facilities. The highly reliable design allows pumping not only diesel fuel, but also fuel oil. Permissible viscosity: 3-75 cSt. A cold start can be simplified by installing an electric heater, for which a seat is provided.
Design and features
The pump is supplied complete with a valve that performs a locking function and regulates the fuel supply under a given pressure. The basic setting (20 bar) can be changed by turning the screw on the device body to the right / left. Range: 14-30 bar.
The use of heat-resistant materials and special shaft seals allows working with fuel oil and high fuel temperatures, up to +130 ºC.
The 12 mm diameter hole for mounting the heating device, made according to the EN 50262 standard, is located in the most convenient place - the best heat transfer is achieved and contact with the fuel is excluded.
It is important that the heater is switched on in advance so that the working fluid heats up to the required temperature. Otherwise, the load on the gears increases, which leads to premature wear.
To protect the gear pair from the negative impact of abrasive particles, a 550 μm filter is installed at the working fluid inlet. It must be cleaned periodically using diesel fuel and a soft brush. The cover gasket should be changed each time.
Main advantages:
