Description
The Suntec E 6 LA 1069 7P burner pump features increased resistance to high temperatures (up to 130 ºC) and is designed specifically for pumping high-viscosity fuel. A special shaft seal is used for working with fuel oil. The design provides the ability to install a heater for easy starting when operating in a harsh climate. The high-performance device pumps fuel at a rate of 270 l/hour at a pressure of 14 bar and a viscosity of 20 cSt.
Features:
Highly reliable and wear-resistant gear mechanism;
Nozzle pressure range 14-30 bar, factory setting - 20 bar;
Coarse filter at the flow inlet to remove dirt particles from 550 µm, cleaning area 45 cm²;
Built-in pressure regulating valve without a shut-off function;
Pumped fuel temperature: 0…+130 °C;
flange connection, ∅ 54 mm;
the ability to install a fuel heating device to facilitate cold starting;
basic assembly for a two-pipe connection scheme, with a one-pipe system configuration, it is necessary to dismantle the bypass plug, tightly blocking the hole for draining unused fuel;
fixation in any orientation, except for the position with the axis up (do not allow axial or radial load on the shaft);
universal application - for diesel, fuel oil fuel, permissible viscosity of 3-75 cSt;
pressure gauge and vacuum gauge ports ⅛ inch and ½ inch;
automatic air bleed in two-pipe installations.
The Suntec E 6 LA 1069 7P burner pump can be additionally equipped with an external solenoid valve and a fuel heating device.
