Description

The Suntec E 6 NA 1069 7P fuel pump is a basic model for medium-power burners. It is popular in the formation of heating systems for industrial, commercial premises, and large residential complexes. Within an hour, the device is capable of pumping 263 liters of fuel with a viscosity of 20 cSt at a pressure of 20 atm. The built-in valve is responsible for regulating the pressure in the range of 14-30 bar. The pump runs on diesel fuel and fuel oil.

Design, features

The heat-resistant design is made using special materials and seals for working with high temperatures (up to +130 ºC in the pump).

Before entering the gears, the fuel is cleaned of all mechanical impurities of 550 microns in size using a mesh filter mounted in the suction line. Cleaning area - 45 cm².

Important! When using the Suntec E 6 NA 1069 7P fuel pump, the mesh must be regularly washed to remove dirt. The cover gasket must be changed at each maintenance.

The bypass hole located in the injector line eliminates the increase in internal system pressure due to the expansion of heated fuel. In this regard, flow blocking is not implemented. This function is performed by an external electromagnetic valve.

A special feature of the model is the presence of a special 12 mm hole for placing the heating element. The device turns on in advance, heats the fuel to the optimum temperature and facilitates the start of the burner. Its location is chosen so that heat transfer is carried out as efficiently as possible, while eliminating contact with the fuel.

A flange mounting method is used for connection to the engine, which meets the European standard EN 225, which allows you to install the pump in most burners of Elco, Weishaupt, Baltur, Lamborghini and other brands.
